At Phoenix Meds Inc., we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible online treatment experience. 

No Eligibility For Returns:

There are NO returns once the order has been shipped and or left the Pharmacy. Returns/Refunds can be made if an item was ordered incorrectly and we must be notified immediately.

Returns and or Refunds will not be accepted once the shipping carrier has picked up the order from the Pharmacy.

Return/Refund Process:

Contact our customer service team at +1 205-408-9194 or mail to info@PhoenixMedsInc.com to initiate a return/refund.

However, there are no return or refund processes in our TeleMeds services once you pay for a doctor consultation. Still, our team can review your request and if the return/refund is approved, you may have to provide a proper document stating your issues.

We will process the refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective from the Pharmacy, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt.

We will notify the Pharmacy, and have them provide a replacement item.

In the event of a defective item, we will also cover the cost of return shipping.

Refund Guidelines:

Customers are eligible for a full refund of their original purchase as long as the order has not been shipped and or picked up by the shipping carrier from the Pharmacy.

Note that Phoenix Meds Inc. is not responsible for covering a return/refund once the item ships or is picked up by the shipping carrier from the Pharmacy. The item(s) any shipping fees, and applied discount codes will not be refunded.

For instance, if you purchase an item(s) and choose to return it before it leaves the Pharmacy, you will receive a refund.

Our Privacy Policy and Terms provide additional information regarding disputes regarding damaged items.

It is important to note that wholesale quantities are not eligible for this policy and we are not liable to issue any refund for opened items once it has been received and or shipped.

International Orders and Customs:

Phoenix Meds Inc. cannot be held responsible for products that may be prohibited in your country or require special clearance to pass through customs.

Before placing an order, we advise you to contact your local customs office to verify if the products and sizes you are purchasing can be imported without any special permits or prescriptions.

In the event that your package is rejected by you or your country, any shipping fees imposed by the carrier for returning the order will not be included in your refund.

Orders that are abandoned for any reason, including lack of import permits or because the item is banned in your country, will not be refunded.

Please note that these terms are non-negotiable and will be enforced at the discretion of Phoenix Meds Inc.

Our customer service will not investigate any order disputes after the 30-day grace period. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a recent order, please contact us immediately.
